All incidents and occupational illnesses can be prevented
Floral Stars is committed to a safe and healthy workplace for employees, contractors, and visitors, and to protecting assets, information, and the environment in all activities.
General Principle and Commitment
We believe protecting people and the environment is fundamental to sustainable success. We work to prevent incidents and occupational illness and apply HSSE requirements in our decisions and operations.
Policy Objectives
We pursue Zero Harm, comply with relevant local and international laws, and continually measure, review, and improve HSSE performance.
Occupational Health and Safety
We identify and assess risks before work begins, apply suitable controls, provide PPE, maintain equipment, and train personnel in safety, first aid, and emergency response. Every employee and worker has authority to stop unsafe work.
Security and Protection
We protect people, property, information, and workplaces; control access to offices, warehouses, and facilities; and maintain clear crisis and security emergency plans.
Environment and Sustainability
We reduce emissions and waste, manage disposal responsibly, support recycling, and conserve energy, water, and natural resources across our facilities and operations.
Responsibilities and Review
Senior management provides the resources required to implement this policy. Supervisors and managers oversee compliance, while employees and contractors follow requirements and immediately report hazards and near misses. The policy is reviewed annually or after a material change in business scope.
